Millie's Plants guarantees that all plants will arrive on your doorstep in healthy condition.

Please Be Aware 

  1. Any address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
  2. We do not cover courier delays or items lost in transit under our guarantee policy.

  3. Plants damaged during shipment, which do not fall under the exceptions listed above, will qualify for a refund or replacement.

Initiating a Claim

  2. Please include your order information and a photograph of the damaged item.

Shipping Costs: We can only refund the cost of the plants, not the shipping fees.
